Service Description
Hatha-based class, including breath-work (pranayama) and meditation (dhyana) with gentle music, for all ages and levels of experience, promoting wellbeing and self awareness from the inside out. It is not about creating perfect shapes, it is about getting to know yourself intimately and making choices for your body and your life that are good for you. Cultivating mindful awareness and focusing on how an intention manifests in the body, supports a balanced nervous system and a harmonious connection between body and mind. Regular practice of yoga supports better self care, quality of sleep, reduced stress levels, improves heart rate, back health, symptoms of arthritis, better balance, a more positive view of yourself and connection with supportive others.
